Information we collect
The marketing site uses the business profile and pricing inputs you choose to prepare an illustrative estimate. The page does not collect owner, banking, card, or identity information. If you continue, sensitive application information is entered directly in HexaPay’s onboarding workspace.
How information is used
Application information may be used to create and operate your workspace, assess program eligibility, conduct underwriting and compliance review, support payment services, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.
Service providers
Information may be shared with processors, sponsor banks, verification providers, security providers, and other parties needed to evaluate and provide requested payment services. Availability remains subject to their requirements and final agreements.
Your choices
You may contact us to ask about access, correction, or deletion options that apply to your information. Some records must be retained for security, contractual, regulatory, or legal reasons.
