Pricing estimates
The estimator applies a displayed HexaPay markup to modeled interchange and network costs. The current model assumes 1.40% for in-person card costs and 1.81% for online card costs. These assumptions are not guaranteed pass-through rates.
Review-required businesses
Some business types, payment models, volumes, products, and services require personalized eligibility and underwriting review. HexaPay does not display a standard dollar quote for those profiles.
Volume pricing
Displayed volume bands are illustrations based on the volume selected by the visitor. Eligibility for a volume band may require verified processing statements and may be based on trailing processing history rather than expected future volume.
Platforms and software providers
Platform, marketplace, facilitator, and multi-merchant models require a separate program consultation. Selecting that profile does not initiate self-service merchant onboarding or imply approval for payment-facilitation activity.
ACH
ACH is described as a potential capability but is not included in the public pricing estimate. ACH availability and pricing are confirmed through program review and final agreement terms.
